Lucky Girl Syndrome

Let's talk about "lucky girl syndrome"

let's delve into a trend I've seen recently on social media

Lucky girl syndrome is the phenomenon of repeating "I'm so lucky" as a mantra and believing/manifesting that everything works out for you simply because it does.

I am all for the power of positive thinking

But there's also something to be said for toxic positivity.

What does all of this half to do with hair?

Well as much as I care about how your hair looks.

I care more about how you feel about yourself.

I have so many people tell me they wish they could be brave or confident to have certain hair looks

They often turn to me and ask how to achieve that.

I don't have an answer truly

I just believe that my look or my hair looks good on me and more often than not, people agree.

A manifestation if you would

"I believe I look good, therefore I do"

And that's the best advice I can give

Much like the "lucky girl syndrome"

This year in the salon I want to make you feel good.

I want you to feel lucky.

Looking good is a bonus
